Must have 1-3
years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in related industry and must be at least 21
years of age Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
Minimum 47 hours work week.
Must be clean shaven daily with no visible tattoos.
Required Skills:
Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to coach and mentor others Operational skills in a customer-service environment Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to learn Andy's specific protocols Physical Requirements:
Involves standing/walking, occasional use of ladders, stairs, ramps.
Occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
independently and safely Proficiency in computer/POS Register and fountain equipment usage.
