) Painting, carpentry and landscaping 4.
) Light maintenance 5.
) Other projects as assigned 6.

) Attention to detail, safety and cleanliness 2.
) Strong organizational skills 3.
) Good judgment 4.
) Communication skills 5.
) Excellent follow-up 6.
) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, very reliable and self-motivated 7.
