Responsibilities:
- The Owner is actively seeking an individual to assist with daily business and personal responsibilities.
- Handling correspondences, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and organizing certain events.
- Taking notes on behalf of the Owner and must be able to drive the Owner locally.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Screening and directing telephone calls and distributing correspondences - This candidate requires minimal supervision - This individual must be flexible and reliable to run errands for the Owner and must have a good driving record.
Must be able to go to Home Depot and Lowe's for purchases.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute - Must have an Associates degree - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, we would love to hear from you.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
