Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks - Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses - Prepare and distribute real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements - Conduct research on properties and market trends - Maintain and update property listings on various platforms - Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions - Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential buyers or renters - Organize and maintain files, records, and databases related to real estate transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in a real estate office or related field is preferred - Knowledge of real estate law and regulations is a plus - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the real estate industry to gain valuable experience and contribute to a successful team.
