, is hiring a legal secretary at our Valrico office.
The candidate would be involved in assisting our attorneys and staff in a number of administrative support capacities, and must be able to multitask to complete varied duties in an environment that is often fast paced.
Duties may include drafting letters, answering phones, calendaring, and communicating with clients and the public, but will vary with the needs of the team to keep the office functioning optimally.
Prior experience in a professional office setting is required, and prior law firm experience is preferred.
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate attention to detail.
Fundamental secretarial skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, typing, and handling a multiline telephone system, are expected.
The candidate should be organized, present a professional demeanor and appearance, and have the ability to work collegially with his or her peers in a team environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
