Edge Pools, LLC is now hiring and looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team.
In this position, you will have opportunities for advancement and growth.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage all of the customer service and administrative tasks relative to the day-to-day operations of Edge Pools and will report directly to the owner/supervisor.
Candidate must have previous experience working in an office environment, performing various tasks, and providing support.
The ability to multitask, manage schedules, and meet deadlines is essential to the position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
-The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
-Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
-Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
-Coordinates, schedules, and attend meetings/events and appointments for manager or supervisors.
-Prepares documents, scans, and saves documents to electronic file system.
-Contacts clients to notify them of schedule appointments and business related items or changes.
-Preform clerical duties such as accounts receivable & payable, bank reconciliation, and entering data into QuickBooks and required computer software applications.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION:
-High School Diploma (Required) and 2-5 years of administrative experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 3 to 4 years as a licensed driver, without any significant infractions.
-Must be able work independently or as part of a team without supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Possess strong organizational skills with a positive attitude.
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills with a strong organizational skills.
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
on a regular and continuing basis, able to lift up to 100 lbs.
