We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paralegal duties, real estate paralegal work, and trust and estates paralegal tasks.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field.

Responsibilities:
The Permanent Paralegal will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
1.
Assisting attorneys with real estate transactions, trust and estate planning, and other legal proceedings.
2.
Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
3.
Conducting legal research and providing summaries of findings to attorneys.
4.
Managing client files, case calendars, and ensuring deadlines are met.
5.
Communicating with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals in a professional manner.
6.
Preparing and organizing materials for court proceedings, meetings, and client consultations.
7.
Assisting with the preparation of legal reports, briefs, and presentations.
8.
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Paralegal position will have the following
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with specific experience in real estate and trusts and estates.
2.
A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent.
3.
Strong knowledge of legal research tools and databases.
4.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
7.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
9.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
