- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Provide information about salon services and products to clients - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain a clean and organized salon - Assist stylists and technicians with client needs - Manage inventory of salon products and supplies - Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism Skills:
-Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Knowledge of technology sales for promoting salon products or services - Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment -Braiding and/or Hair Tinsel experience preferred -Social Media experience preferred If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for the beauty industry with the ability to provide outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
